A Vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of a Leasehold messuage or tenement and piece or parcel of ground situate on the north east side of a new road then lately formed leading from Courland Grove, Larkhall Lane to Union Grove, Wandsworth Road in the parish of Clapham, Surrey (now London) and known as 29 Alford Road.
