A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of a Joiners Shop with the yard and outbuildings adjoining situate at Boston near Wetherby but which was then described as being in the township of Clifford in the Parish of Bramham, Yorkshire dated 17 December 1851, Mr Thomas Noble to Mr William Ingham
