The property includes a Mill used as a Corn Mill at Millbridge with the water wheel, steam engine, engine house, etc. Also several messuages or dwellinghouses with the gardens and premises, three cottages near the bridge in Millbridge, four closes of land at Liversedge and a messuage, dwellinghouse or tenement with the garden, stable and Outbuildings at Millbridge in Liversedge in the parish of Birstal, Yorkshire.
