BATLEY, YORKSHIRELEASE DATED 28 SEPTEMBER 1832  A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of a Mill Factory or Buildings called the Batley Old Mill with the warehouse, cottages, stable, wright's shop and other buildings situate in Batley, Yorkshire dated 28 September 1832, Miss Sykes by direction of Mr Samuel Blakeley to Messrs Joseph and Joshua Thorns. The property is described as above with the steam engine, boiler and all working apparatus fixed and belonging to the engine and worked with the Mill together with three closes of land and a cottage, dwellinghouse or tenement with a parcel of land in front.   PARTIES TO DOCUMENT
