A vellum Indenture being a Lease for possession of a plot, piece or parcel of land or ground adjoining the brook called Mill-Bridge Beck and the Goit of Mill-Bridge Mill situate in Liversedge in the parish of Birstal, Yorkshire together with a close, piece or parcel of ground situate at Millbridge called The Little Holme or Nether Croft and All that tenement erected on the last mentioned parcel used as a Carpet Manufactory with the Engine House and Engine belonging to the same dated 23 Septembr 1812, Messrs William Cooke and Joseph Littlewood to Messrs Thomas Gill and Samuel Margerison
