MILLBIRDGE, LIVERSEDGE, YORKSHIRELEASE DATED 23 SEPTEMBER 1812  A vellum Indenture being a Lease for possession of a plot, piece or parcel of land or ground adjoining the brook called Mill-Bridge Beck and the Goit of Mill-Bridge Mill situate in Liversedge in the parish of Birstal, Yorkshire together with a close, piece or parcel of ground situate at Millbridge called The Little Holme or Nether Croft and All that tenement erected on the last mentioned parcel used as a Carpet Manufactory with the Engine House and Engine belonging to the same dated 23 Septembr 1812, Messrs William Cooke and Joseph Littlewood to Messrs Thomas Gill and Samuel Margerison   PARTIES TO DOCUMENT
