LEASE DATED 27 JANUARY 1826

 

A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of a piece or parcel of ground situate in Leeds being part of a certain close of land called Copley Close otherwise Shaw Croft adjoining Butts Lane and a chapel called The Scotch or Albion Chapel with the several workshop built on part of the land used as a Braziers Shop dated 27 January 1826, Messrs Teale and Kemplay to Mr Joseph Hall
