A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of several messuages or dwellinghouses and land situate in the City of York in the County of Yorkshire dated 20 January 1836, Mr John Thickitt to Messrs Danby and others, including a property on the corner of Nessgate and Ousegate formerly called Harrisons Coffee House, then known by the name or sign of the Coach and Horses and at the time of this Indenture called Ellis’s Hotel
