A vellum Indenture being a Transfer of Mortgage of a freehold plot of land dwellinghouse and hereditaments at or near County End in Saddleworth in the County of York for securing £102.10.0 and Interest dated 28 November 1857, the Administrator of the late Mr Ralph Mellor by the direction of the Executors of the late Mr John Taylor to Mr William Kershaw
