Innkeeper of Hessle, Yorkshire. Son of David Hearfield. Party to an Indenture of Lease dated 30 November 1838 when he leased the property from the Borough of Kingston upon Hull for 75 years. Also party to an Indenture of Mortgage dated 17 September 1844 when he borrowed £300 from John Hudson the younger. Also party to an Indenture dated 28 April 1846 when the Lease was transferred to David Hearfield, his father

John Anthony HUDSON

Esquire of Beverley, Yorkshire. Son and surviving Executor and absolute legatee in remainder named in the Last Will and Testament of John Hudson the younger deceased. Proved his father’s Will in the Exchequer Court of York on 30 June 1855 “having then lately attained his said age of 21 years”

Last Will and Testament dated 12 April 1851. Died on 18 March 1852. Will proved by Sarah Hudson on 29 April 1852 in the Prerogative Court of York and again by John Anthony Hudson on 30 June 1855 in the Exchequer Court of York
