FEOFFMENT DATED 15 OCTOBER 1816

 

A vellum Indenture being a Feoffment of a plot of land at New Delph within the parish of Saddleworth in the County of Yorkshire for building upon dated 15 October 1816, Mr B Whitehead to Mr E Buckley and his Trustee. The document also has a sheet of paper which appears to be an extract from the Will of Edmund Buckley and three letters, two of which are dated 1843.
