MANNINGHAM, BRADFORD, YORKSHIRE

MORTGAGE DATED 20 AUGUST 1868

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of a plot of land and two dwellinghouses thereon situate in Prospect Street in Manningham in the parish of Bradford in the County of York dated 20 August 1868, Mrs Hannah Waddington to the Trustees of the Bradford Third Equitable Benefit Building Society

On the back of the document is a Memorandum dated 20 February 1869 in respect of a further advance of £80

Also on the back of the document is a receipt for the repayment of the monies dated 14 October 1885 with the affixed seal of the Building Society
