A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of land and buildings situate in Heaton Road, Manningham in the parish of Bradford, Yorkshire dated 8 June 1875, Mr John William Poulter to The Trustees of the Bradford Second Equitable Benefit Building Society

On the back of the document is a receipt dated 24 January 1895 for the repayment of the monies with the affixed seal of the Building Society
