A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage for £100 of a plot of land situate in Manningham in the parish of Bradford in the County of York dated 21 September 1875, Mr Ebenezer Thornton to the Bradford Third Equitable Benefit Building Society

On the back of the document is an endorsed memorandum dated 8 March 1876 for a further advance of £100

Also on the back of the document is a receipt for the repayment of the monies dated 11 October 1876 which has the affixed seal of the Building Society
