A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of a messuage or dwellinghouse situate in Lower Feversham Street in Middlesbrough in the County of York for securing £140 and interest dated 5 February 1876, Mr Sidney Hall and his Mortgagees to Messrs Charles Wigglesworth and William Carr

On the back of the document is an endorsed Transfer of Mortgage dated 1 March 1882, Messrs Charles Wigglesworth and William Carr to Mr Robert Holtby
