A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of land and buildings situate in St Leonards Road, Girlington in the parish of Bradford in the County of York dated 28 November 1883, Mrs E Drake to the Bradford Second Equitable Benefit Building Society

On the back of the document is a receipt for the full repayment of the monies dated 10 November 1898 with the seal of the Building Society affixed
