MORTGAGE DATED 13 FEBRUARY 1863

 

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of hereditaments at Carlinghow in Batley for securing £60 and interest dated 13 February 1863, Mr George Hodges to Mr Reuben Jessop.

The document also had a Certified Copy of Marriage tucked into it prepared on 31 January 1863 regarding the marriage of William Hodge of Kirkheaton to Harriot Kay of Kirkheaton on 11 June 1821 at the Parish Church of Kirkheaton
