CONVEYANCE DATED 22 NOVEMBER 1843

 

A vellum Indenture on two sheets being a Conveyance of the Equity of Redemption of a messuage or dwellinghouse occupied as three dwellings with the garden, stable and outbuildings together with four cottages or dwellinghouses and outbuildings and an acre of land which are all situate at Boston in the parish of Bramham in the County of Yorkshire dated 22 November 1843, Mr George Pick and his wife to Mr William Moon

Stone Mason of Boston in the Parish of Bramham, Yorkshire. Husband of Christiana Pick. Occupant of one of the properties. Party to Indenture of Release dated 10 July 1829. Also party to Indenture of Mortgage dated 15 July 1829 when he borrowed £230 from Matthew Allan and then party to an Indenture of Assignment dated 12 July 1838 when the property was assigned to William Moon in consideration of £400 which is still owing to William Moon at the date of this Indenture. Selling property to William Moon by this Indenture for £675 out of which the £400 owing was to be deducted.
