A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage for a term of a messuage, dwellinghouse or tenement, one barn, one shop, one garden and one close or parcel of land situate at Carlinghow in the parish of Batley in the County of Yorkshire dated 21 November 1810, Mr Richard Foster to John and Joseph Wood. In the document Richard Foster is borrowing money from John Wood and Joseph Wood.
