A vellum Indenture being a Transfer of Mortgage and Further Charge of a Messuage or Tenement, stable, cowhouse, homestead, garths and lands described in the document situate at Linton, near Wetherby, (also referred to as Linton upon Wharfe) in the county of Yorkshire dated 2 August 1866, Mr Charles Hogg and his Mortgagee to Mr William Otter

Original Document Condition: A nice old Indenture which overall is in good condition for a document of this age (a little discolouration and creasing commensurate with age) and written in a neat hand
