A vellum Indenture on two sheets being a Mortgage of a Messuage Dwelling House or Tenement, Dye House, Press House and several closes, pieces or parcels of land situate in Clayton in the Parish of High Hoyland near Barnsley in the County of Yorkshire dated 24 February 1786, William Sykes the elder and William Sykes the younger and his wife to Sir Thomas Blackett.
