A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage dated 24 June 1852 of a messuage or tenement with the stable, cowhouse, homestead and two garths with eight acres of land situate at Linton (then known as Linton upon Wharfe), which is a village near Wetherby, in the county of Yorkshire, Mr William Wheelhouse to Miss Ann Wright
