SURRENDER DATED 20 DECEMBER 1776

 

A vellum Indenture being a Surrender of a Mortgage Term of a third part of a Messuage Cottage or Tenement and premises situate in Middle Street in Great Driffield and land situate in Great Driffield in the County of Yorkshire dated 20 December 1776, Mr Marmaduke Prickett to John Dixon. The document also recites information from earlier Indentures made in 1774.
