BADBURY & CHISLEDON, WILTSHIRE


MORTGAGE DATED 3 NOVEMBER 1737

 

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of property situate in Badbury and Chisledon in the County of Wiltshire for securing £600, Mr Walter Hardiman to John Lenthall Esquire. The document has a declaration from John Lenthall stating that the £600 is the proper money of Anne Bagshaw widow and her children and that his name is used only in trust for them according to their respective interest
