A vellum Indenture being an Assignment of premises at Whitley in the Parish of Melksham, Wiltshire, consideration £140, dated 6 March 1718, Mr Laurence Kington and others to Mr John Gay

The property includes a messuage or tenement with the appurtenances, two cottages with orchards and gardens, two closes of pasture and an orchard
