A vellum Indenture being an Appointment and Release of a Messuage and lands at Calcott in the parish of Cricklade Saint Sampson in the County of Wiltshire with a Covenant to produce Title Deeds, Messrs Pitt and Robins to Edmund Fletcher together with an Assignment of a term of five hundred years In Trust to attend the Inheritance, Mrs Elizabeth Daubeny to Mr William Champernowne including a Schedule of Deeds
