A vellum Indenture being a Transfer and Mortgage of a messuage and lands called Liddington Wick Farm situate in the parish of Liddington, Wiltshire for securing £6,000 and interest, Messrs Thomas W Waldron, Lovegrove Waldron and Walter B Waldron to Lovegrove Waldron.

The document also includes a detailed Schedule of land.
