MORTGAGE DATED 10 SEPTEMBER 1789

 

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage dated 10 September 1789 for £400 and interest of two messuages or tenements with the appurtenances situate lying and being in Alcester, Warwickshire in a street there called Worcester Street And Also a Crab Mill with the appurtenances And also all that other house or tenement wtih the appurtenances "lately" built adjoining to the Crab Mill and are bounded by a messuage or tenement heretofore called The Bear and Ragged Staff and now by the name or sign of the White Lyon And Also all that "new" erected capital messuage or tenement with the garden, buildings, offices and appurtenances belonging and land on the west side of the Turnpike Road from Alcester to Evesham, Arthur Harborn Stiles to Charles Trusted
