A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of Freehold land and a Public House called The Gate Inn situate in Boldmere Road, Sutton Coldfield in the County of Warwickshire dated 13 October 1892, Messrs Thomas Mee and Henry Mee to Messrs Ansell and Sons Limited.

The document also has an endorsed Reconveyance dated 22 October 1895, Messrs Ansell and Sons Limited to Thomas Mee
