A vellum
Indenture being a Lease for seven years of a piece or parcel of land with a
Steam Engine Corn Mill, Smiths shop, Polishing shop, range of shopping and
other buildings and premises with the machinery fixture and apparatus belonging
to the Engine Mill situate in Broad Street, Birmingham dated 24 June 1825,
Messrs Badger to Joseph Deeley. The document has a detailed schedule of the contents of each of the buildings included in the Lease including the Engine House which has a thirty two horse power engine on Boulton and Watt’s principle with all machinery and apparatus attached thereto
