A vellum Indenture being a Lease to vest possession of a capital messuage or tenement with the gardens, buildings and appurtenance and a piece or parcel of ground bounded by the Turnpike Road leading from Alcester to Evesham and situate in Alcester in the county of Warwickshire dated 12 September 1797, Arthur Harborn Stiles to John Peter Boileau Esquire
