SUTTON COLDFIELD, WARWICKSHIRELEASE DATED 2 DECEMBER 1816  A brief vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of a house, buildings, lands and pool of water situate near Moor Hall in Sutton Coldfield in the county of Warwickshire dated 2 December 1816, Mr Joseph Sheward Cotterell to Francis Beynon Hacket Esquire. The property and transaction are more fully described in the corresponding Indenture of Release which was made the next day.
