A vellum Indenture being a Deed of Covenant to levy a Fine and declare the Uses thereof of a messuage or tenement, land and premises situate at Solyhull Wood in the Parish of Solyhull in the County of Warwickshire (now Solihull in the County of West Midlands), Mr Thomas Shakespear and his wife to Mr John Tarlton
