A vellum Indenture being a Release of a messuage tenement or farmhouse with the barn, stable, outbuildings and land situate in Ryton otherwise Rinton in the parish of Bulkington, Warwickshire dated 26 February 1798 regarding the Bankruptcy of Thomas Hawkes of Dudley.
