A vellum Indenture being a Release of a close, piece or parcel of land containing two acres and three quarters commonly called or known by the name of the Cottage Close being part of the Cawdells otherwise Cawdills situate lying and being in Moseley in the parish of Kings Norton, Worcestershire (now part of Birmingham) dated 25 March 1791, Mrs Elizabeth Townshend to Mr Thomas Haden
