ALVECHURCH, WORCESTERSHIRE


LEASE DATED 24 MARCH 1841

 

 

A brief vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of a Moiety of the Crown Inn together with a cottage and land containing ten acres called the Crown Meadow situate at Alvechurch in the county of Worcestershire, which is located south of Birmingham, dated 24 March 1841, Mrs Mary Pugh to Mr William Penzer. The property and transaction are more fully described in the corresponding Indenture of Conveyance which was made the next day. See Indenture of Conveyance dated 25 March 1841 for more information.
