A vellum Indenture being a Counterpart Lease for 21 years of a messuage or dwellinghouse and shop with the outbuildings thereto adjoining and belonging being No 19 Walworth Road but formerly known as No 9 Staverton Row in the Parish of St Mary Newington in the County of Surrey dated 4 July 1867, Peter Mathews Esquire to Mr James Debac.
