A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage for securing the repayment of £200 and interest of a messuage or dwellinghouse and Inn called the Three Horse Shoes Inn with the stables, outbuildings, brewhouse, storerooms, yard, garden, orchard, premises and lands situate in the parish of Batcombe, Somerset dated 27 September 1851, Mr John George to Mr James Cooper
