MORTGAGE DATED 5 APRIL 1847

 

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage for securing the repayment of the sum of £150 and interest of All that one undivided third part or share in a messuage, dwellinghouse or Inn called “The Sugar Loaf” situate in the parish of Rodney Stoke, Somerset with the garden and orchard adjoining dated 5 April 1847, Mr Edwin Phillips to Mr Charles Fowler. The document also has an endorsed Transfer of Mortgage between Charles Fowler and George Duckett, Cheese Factor of Wells dated 8 June 1869
