Party to a number of Indentures between 1830 and 1840 (which are recited in the document) when he borrowed various sums of money from Hannah Brice (nee Hannah Brown) secured on different properties mentioned in Bridgwater and Dunwear in the parish of North Petherton. Paid various sums of money on account of principal and interest to Hannah Brice and also payment to John Giles since the decease of Hannah Brice which left the sum of £937 pounds, 6 shillings and three pence due to the estate of Hannah Brice which Samuel Fursland is paying off by this Indenture.

Spinster. After Marriage called Hannah BRICE. Party to Indenture of Release dated 24 October 1827, which was the Marriage Settlement made on the Marriage of Hannah Brown and John Brice. Party to a number of Indentures between 1830 and 1840 (which are recited in the document) when she lent various sums of money to Samuel Fursland secured on different properties mentioned in Bridgwater and Dunwear in the parish of North Petherton. Last Will and Testament dated 16 September 1851. Will proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury on 21 February 1852

John BRICE

Party to Indenture of Release dated 24 October 1827, which was the Marriage Settlement made on the Marriage of Hannah Brown and John Brice. Died on or about 4 March 1829 leaving his wife him surviving

Joseph Ruscombe POOLE

Party to Indenture of Release dated 24 October 1827, which was the Marriage Settlement made on the Marriage of Hannah Brown and John Brice. Party to other Indentures when Samuel Fursland borrowed monies from Hannah Brice (nee Hannah Brown) as Trustee of the Marriage Settlement. Last Will and Testament dated 21 December 1842. Will proved on 21 February 1843 in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury
