A vellum Indenture being a Reconveyance of property including a messuage or dwellinghouse, workshops, mill, millpond and garden and piece of ground situate at Charlton in the parish of Shepton Mallet, Somerset all called “The Charlton Brewery” together with a cottage or dwellinghouse and land situate in the parish of Doulting, Somerset dated 8 February 1872.
