A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of messuages or tenements, hereditaments and premises situate at Moorland, North Petherton, Somerset for securing £1000 and interest dated 7 December 1852 with a Schedule of land and also a later endorsed Reconveyance dated 10 March 1880, Mr Robert T T Colthurst to Mr John Colthurst (Main Document) and Mr John Colthurst to Messrs H Paramore, J Godwin and W Tribe (Endorsed Reconveyance)
