A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance in fee of a messuage or dwellinghouse, garden and hereditaments situate in Magdalen Street in Glastonbury, Somerset dated 23 March 1852, Mr John Fry Reeves, Trustee under the Will of Mrs Elizabeth otherwise Betty Court and her Mortgagee to Mr Richard Hunt Vincent.
