LYNG, SOMERSET


RELEASE DATED 10 JANUARY 1849

 

A vellum Indenture being a Release of a messuage or tenement with the garden, barton, orchard and lands which are described with sizes and Tithe Map numbers situate at Outwood in the parish of Lyng and a piece of land at North Moor in the parish of North Petherton in the county Somerset dated 10 January 1849, Joseph R Gatcombe Esquire to Mr George Parker and The Reverend F C Parsons.

The document recites some information relating to the Last Will and Testament of Anna Gatcombe as well as reciting information from earlier Indentures including one relating to the Settlement for the Marriage of Joseph Ruscombe Gatcombe to Mary Evered Symes.
