A vellum Indenture being a Lease for a year of a close piece or parcel of land situate near the village of Madeley in the parish of Madeley, Shropshire called the Far Hemmage Furlong containing five acres dated 6 March 1840, Messrs Colley and Watkis to Messrs Francis and John Yates
