A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of Messuages or tenements, cottage, bake office and yard, carpenters shop and brew office situate in Coddenham in the county of Suffolk dated 10 May 1883 where Mr George John Summers is borrowing the sum of £350 from The Banking and Commercial Permanent Benefit Building Society of Threadneedle Street, London.

Original Document Condition: Overall this is in very good condition and written in a neat hand. However there are some ink smudges where it looks as though the document was folded when the red ink used for drawing the lines was still wet back in 1883.
