A vellum Indenture being a Deed of Covenant for the production of Deeds concerning a messuage or tenement and premises formerly part of the Ironfoundry premises of Messieurs Ransome and May situate in Ipswich in the County of Suffolk dated 22 September 1858, Mr R Ransome and others to Mr Alexander and others
