document being a copy of the Last Will and Testament of Margaret Oliver of
Madeley, Staffordshire dated 28 January 1865 reading as follows:

of Margaret Oliver
This is the last Will and Testament of me
Margaret Oliver of Madeley in the County of Stafford widow of the late Robert
Newton Oliver of Longnor. First I
direct that my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid and
discharged by my Executors out of that part of my personal estate which
consists of money and securities for money as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease I give and bequeath
unto my niece Mary Knight the whole of my Silver Plate to be given to her
immediately after my decease I give and bequeath to my sister Catherine Booth
the whole of my household furniture clothing glass china bed and table linen
and other household effects (not consisting of money or securities for money or
of Silver Plate) to be taken possession of by my said sister immediately
after my decease for her own absolute use and disposal and as to the rest
residue and remainder of my property whatsoever the same may consist of and
wheresoever the same may be I give and bequeath the same and every part
thereof to be equally divided between and amongst my nephews and nieces the
children of my deceased brother and sister and of my surviving brothers share
and share alike to be payable to them at the end of six months next after my
decease. I do hereby nominate and
appoint my brother John Booth of Leighford and my friend Moses Charlesworth
of Heath House Longnor Executors of this my Will and declare this to be my
last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other
Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have to
this my last Will and Testament set my hand this twenty eighth day of January
1865

testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us being
present at the same time and who at her request in her presence and in the
presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses
