MORTGAGE DATED 28 JANUARY 1869

 

A vellum Indenture being a Mortgage of a Bakehouse Shop land and premises situate in Market Street in Hanley in the County of Staffordshire dated 28 January 1869 for securing £200 and interest, Mr William Butters to Mr James William Pankhurst. The document also has an endorsed Further Charge dated 24 July 1873 for securing an additional £20 and interest
