CONVEYANCE DATED 4 JUNE 1869

 

 

A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of two dwellinghouses and shops and land situate in High Street, Fenton (now part of Stoke on Trent) in the County of Staffordshire dated 4 June 1869, Messrs John Rhead and Edward Baker, Trustees and Executors of Ralph Baker deceased to Mrs Charlotte Baker. The document includes some information relating to the Last Will and Testament of Ralph Baker.
