A vellum Indenture being a Conveyance of a plot of land and four freehold dwellinghouses thereon situate in Parker Street, Cobridge or Bleak Hill in the Parish of Burslem, Staffordshire dated 10 October 1893, Mr Joseph Lees to Mr William Goostry.

The properties are numbered 5, 7, 9 and 11 Parker Street (formerly called William Street) at Bleak Hill, Burslem
